Error: Subjects Summary won't open and reports error 'no row at position 0'

Solution

If you experience this error, along with an error in the Transition Matrices showing an error related to 'auto subject comments', a 4Matrix support consultant will be required to remote onto your system and run a fix. We can do this via the 4Matrix client. Please log a ticket or use our live chat service to request assistance.

 

For 4Matrix Staff reference:

 

1) Check the version of 4Matrix..

 

If 3.9.2.0 or higher:

1) Go to Admin > View Database > Unlock > Run DB Wizard

2) Choose to use the default Schema and run it 

3) Go to the Procedures tab and click Fix

 

If 3.9.1.5 :

1) Go to Admin > View Database > Unlock > Run DB Wizard

2) Open the Internal Staff > Bugs > Schema folder and copy to the affected client

3) Choose to load a custom schema, load the file and run

4) Go to the Procedures tab and click Fix

 

If less than 3.9.1.5 check with development team
