User cannot see networked printers and/or correct file directories


This is a known issue with older versions of 4Matrix (specifically Launcher.exe). If updates are run as an Admin user, it logs in using the that same admin account that is specified in the 4Matrix Network Manager to install updates. As a quick fix, restarting 4Matrix should resolve this.

In order to resolveĀ the issue properly we recommend installing the latest version of 4Matrix by re-installing the 4Matrix Network Manager, which in turn will generate the latest client msi. Please refer to the attached PDF for more information on this process. Alternatively, you can download the msi only from the downloads page at
