Customer Information: Client 3.9.6.2 MSI not installing - RESOLVED (27/11/19 11.30am)

The issue with the 3.9.6.2 client MSI not installing and saying it cannot start the Update Service has now been resolved. Please re-download the MSI and use the latest version to deploy 4Matrix.

 Error when trying to paste FFT Extract into 4Matrix

Solution

This may be for 2 reasons;

  • Make sure that you have not edited the downloaded file in any way
  • Check that it is the right extract - you need to use the option for Pupil Information in FFT Aspire
