Progress 8 starting points blank even though I have imported Fine Points

There are usually 2 possible reasons for this;

1. You have only imported Fine Points for each pupil. This is not enough. 4Matrix requires Test Levels and Teacher Assessments for all pupil, where possible, in order to handle those with a Fine Points value of 18 or less correctly. Please download your base data from Key to Success and re-import it using the Spreadsheet > Key to Success import option.

2. You have imported the 'raw' Fine Points scores. These will be values between 0 and 6 - these need to be multiplied by 6 in order to convert them into their QCA equivalents. Please download your base data from Key to Success and re-import it using the Spreadsheet > Key to Success import option.
