The issue with the 188.8.131.52 client MSI not installing and saying it cannot start the Update Service has now been resolved. Please re-download the MSI and use the latest version to deploy 4Matrix.

This error can occur when clicking Run Extract after choosing a location to save a copy of the Extract to.
This can mean that there is a problem with the SIMS.INI file and we recommend contacting us before carrying out the following steps:
