Summer Holidays Support Hours

From Monday 20th July to Wednesday 2nd September, our support services (tickets, live chat and telephone) will be available from 9am to 3pm.

4Matrix Infinity Setup: Does Infinity have to be installed on the same server as the 4Matrix database?

No - you do not have to install 4Matrix Infinity on the same server as the 4Matrix database.

If you are installing Infinity on a different server, you can download the full installer from www.4matrix.com/downloads. 

When the 4Matrix Network Manager runs for the first time, it will prompt you to create a new server or use an existing one - choose to use an existing server by supplying the name or IP address. Then, in the next step, tell it to use an existing database. Complete the wizard and you should then be able to set up the web-server section without issue.
