4Matrix Fusion - Data fields that are uploaded from 4Matrix Desktop client to Fusion
There is not a live link between the 4Matrix Desktop client and 4Matrix Fusion. A school must work through a manually initiated process in order to send data to a Fusion database.

As part of the upload to Fusion, pupil names and UPNs are removed. Fusion assigns a unique ID to each pupil so that data matching can take place in subsequent uploads and to avoid creating duplicate pupil records in Fusion.
