Import flags all dates as invalid

If the import flags all dates (DOB, Admission Date, etc) as invalid, it could be because your browser is not using the standard UK Date/Time format.

Microsoft Edge

To change the date and time settings in Microsoft Edge, you can:

• Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the address bar 
• Click Settings
• Click Languages on the left side of Edge 
• Click Add languages*
• Choose English (United Kingdom) for dd/mm/yyyy
• Click the three dots next to the chosen language 
• Select 'Display Microsoft Edge in this language' 
• Restart the browser for the changes to take effect

* If English (United Kingdom) is already showing in your list of languages, click the three dots and select 'Display Microsoft Edge in this language'. Restart the browser for the changes to take effect.

Google Chrome

To change the date settings in Google Chrome, you can do the following:

• Click the three dots in the top right corner of the address bar
• Select Settings
• Click Languages on the left side of Chrome
• Click Add languages*
• Choose English (United Kingdom) for dd/mm/yyyy
• Restart Chrome for the changes to take effect

* If English (United Kingdom) is already showing in your list of languages, click the three dots and select 'Display Google Chrome in this language'. Restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
