Christmas Opening Times 2024

Summer Holidays Support Hours

From Monday 20th July to Wednesday 2nd September, our support services (tickets, live chat and telephone) will be available from 9am to 3pm.

We will provide extended support hours during results days as follows:

  • Wednesday 12th August (GCE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Thursday 13th August (GCE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 19th August (GCSE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Thursday 20th August (GCSE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm

 

Christmas Opening Times 2024

Our support services will close at 4pm on Friday 20th December and remain closed until Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Support will be available from 9am to 3pm on Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd January.

Normal operating hours 9am to 4pm will resume on Monday 6th January.

Please note that our office will also close early on Monday 13th January (at 1pm) and will be closed all day on Tuesday 14th January for our biannual team meeting.

We'd like to wish all our customers a restful Christmas break.
