How to import attendance data

Pupil Attendance is linked to a series and must be imported using a spreadsheet. The following data columns must be included in the spreadsheet:

Surname
-
Forename
-
Sex
-
UPN
-
Attendance percentage
-
Unauthorised absence percentage (optional)
-
Authorised absence percentage (optional)
Import via Admin > Import Data. Select ‘Upload file’ and drag and drop your spreadsheet into the box. At Step 2 ensure the bullet is selected for ‘Results’ and select the appropriate academic year and series. In Map Data, all columns should auto-map. Complete the import wizard.
The attendance data can be viewed in the Admin > Series tool, by selecting the series the data was imported into and in the screen that opens, choosing the Pupils tab.
