How to import KS2 data (Scaled Scores)

KS2 data must be imported using a spreadsheet via Admin > Import Data.  The following data columns must be included in the spreadsheet: 

• Surname
• Forename
• Sex
• UPN
• KS2 Reading Scaled Score
• KS2 Maths Scaled Score 

Note: You do not need to include Prior Attainment Band as 4Matrix will calculate this automatically from the Scaled Score values on completion of the import.

Import the spreadsheet via Admin > Import Data.  Select ‘Upload file’ and drag and drop your spreadsheet into the box. At Step 2 ensure the bullet is selected for ‘Results’ and select the appropriate academic year and series.  In Map Data, all columns should auto-map. Complete the import wizard. 

KS2 data is not series-specific, which means it only requires importing ONCE per cohort.

The KS2 scores can be viewed in the Admin > Pupil Basedata tool.
