Classes are not being listed in Course Overview

For classes to show in the Course Overview tool, a Course must be linked to it's classes using a Subject tag.

The following instructions will need to be completed by a 4Matrix Admin user. 

• To check the links, select Admin > Courses.
• Here, you will see a list of Course names and a column for Subjects.
• Check the Course you are working with - is there a subject showing in the Subjects column? You can add/edit the Subject(s) link here using the pencil icon, then save your changes using the save icon.

This might be enough to force the classes to show in Course Overview. If not:

• Go to Admin > Groups.
• Find and select the class that should be showing in Course Overview.
• The Group details screen opens - in the top-left widget (Group Details), select Edit.
• Check and add/edit the Subject links here.
• Repeat this step for all classes that should be showing in Course Overview (based on the affected Course).

This might be enough to force the classes to show in Course Overview. If not:

• Go to Admin > Subjects.
• Find and select the Subject that the Course requires from the list on the left to view it's details - here, you can check the linked Subject Courses field end ensure it matches the corresponding Course setting. Click Update if you make any changes here.
