4Matrix Cloud

For classes to show on the Dashboard for specific users, the user account must be linked to a Staff Tag. Staff Tags are imported with an MIS import; they are not users. 

  • Go to Admin > Staff.
  • Find the member of staff and select the Linked User field.
  • Double-click the email address that corresponds to the staff/user.
