Summer Holidays Support Hours

From Monday 20th July to Wednesday 2nd September, our support services (tickets, live chat and telephone) will be available from 9am to 3pm.

We will provide extended support hours during results days as follows:

  • Wednesday 12th August (GCE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Thursday 13th August (GCE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 19th August (GCSE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm

Key Stage 5 Performance Measures

+ Added validated 2025 Value Added coefficients.

Note: These are automatically applied to all series for Year 13 in the 2024/25 academic year and later cohorts.

Notifications

+ Added a Summer Training and Webinars notification, displayed until 31/08/2026 unless dismissed by the user.

 

Fixes

Cloud Migrator

+ Updated guidance messaging, as this is no longer recommended for transferring data to 4Matrix Cloud for schools using Arbor, Bromcom or SIMS MIS systems.

Qualifications

+ Updated the status of all EBacc qualifications counting in 2026 onwards, including fixes for 61034733, 61034691, and 60180912.

Authentication

+ Improved Entra ID sign-in compatibility by replacing the legacy browser component with Edge WebView2.
