Summer Holidays Support Hours

From Monday 20th July to Wednesday 2nd September, our support services (tickets, live chat and telephone) will be available from 9am to 3pm.

We will provide extended support hours during results days as follows:

  • Wednesday 12th August (GCE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Thursday 13th August (GCE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 19th August (GCSE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm

Developments

Performance Measures

    1. Added the 2027 calculation engine.
      Updated KS4 qualification statuses for 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027, including the addition of new qualifications.
      Updated KS5 qualification statuses for 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027, including the addition of new qualifications.

Key Stage 5 Performance Measures

    1. Provisional 2025 Value Added coefficients added.
      All the above are automatically applied to series for Y13 in the 2024/25 academic year and later cohorts.

Notifications

    1. Added a Spring training and webinars notification, which will appear from 1st January 2026.

Fixes

Cloud Migrator

    1. Improved compression to reduce migrator file sizes.
      Removed reference to KS5; KS5 is not supported by the migrator tool.

Import (GIAP)

    1. Improved processing of GIAP files for Year 10 (2025-26) and later cohorts.

Import (General)

    1. Fixed an issue caused by duplicate grades in the NationalExamGrades table.
