Summer Holidays Support Hours

From Monday 20th July to Wednesday 2nd September, our support services (tickets, live chat and telephone) will be available from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

We will provide extended support hours during results days as follows:

  • Wednesday 12th August (GCE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Thursday 13th August (GCE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 19th August (GCSE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Thursday 20th August (GCSE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm

4Matrix Desktop update 3.9.9.3 is now available, and includes the following changes:

  • Provisional 2025 KS5 Value Added coefficients
  • 2027 calculation engine and qualifications
  • Various bug fixes and tweaks
