Wonde MIS Extract Tool Now Available! (11/04/2023)
We are pleased to confirm that 4Matrix Desktop will extract data from all major MIS via Wonde, as part of update 3.9.8.6 (issued 1st March 2023)
If your school uses SIMS (Hosted), iSAMS, SchoolBase or any other MIS that we do not have direct integration with*, you can use our Wonde data extraction feature to easily import:
- Pupil photos
- Pupil demographics
- Class names, populations and teaching staff names
The information is imported based on the date of the extract only. This means that it is not possible to import historic information using our Wonde extract function. Historic information can be imported using spreadsheets, if required.
To get started:
1. Make sure you're using 4Matrix Desktop version 3.9.8.6 or later (to check this in 4Matrix, go to Help > About 4Matrix).
2. Go to https://help.4matrix.com and log a ticket to notify us of the MIS you're using and include your name and phone number.
We will aim to respond within 24 hours with next steps. It can take up to 3 working days for the connection between 4Matrix and Wonde to be approved/activated.
*The MIS that we have direct integration with are:
- Arbor
- Bromcom
- Cloud School
- Ed:Gen
- SIMS
If your school uses any of these MIS, you should use the dedicated import wizard for your MIS and not the Wonde extract.
