Wonde MIS Extract Tool Now Available! (11/04/2023)

We are pleased to confirm that 4Matrix Desktop will now extract data from all major MIS via Wonde, as part of update 3.9.8.6 (issued 1st March 2023)
 
If your school uses SIMS (Hosted), iSAMS, SchoolBase or any other MIS that we do not have direct integration with*, you can use our Wonde data extraction feature to import pupil photos, demographics and class populations. To get started:
 
1. Make sure you're using 4Matrix Desktop version 3.9.8.6 or later (to check this in 4Matrix, go to Help > About 4Matrix).
 
2. Go to https://help.4matrix.com and log a ticket to notify us of the MIS you're using and include your name and phone number.
 
We will aim to respond within 24 hours with next steps.
 

*The MIS that we have direct integration with are:

  • Arbor
  • Bromcom
  • Cloud School
  • Ed:Gen
  • SIMS
