Customer Information: Client MSI not installing - RESOLVED (27/11/19 11.30am)

The issue with the client MSI not installing and saying it cannot start the Update Service has now been resolved. Please re-download the MSI and use the latest version to deploy 4Matrix.

Office Closure Notice

Our offices will be closed for 1 day on Thursday 12th December, re-opening at 9am on Friday 13th December. Support requests should be submitted through the Helpdesk in the usual way and we will respond as soon as we can.

 I can't find a qualification when mapping


There are over 8000 qualifications in the 4Matrix database, but in some cases, you might find that the one you're after is missing.

The first thing to do is search by QAN - that's the unique 8 digit code assigned to each qualification. Make sure that you don't include the '/' symbols, so it will read like this: 60001122

If it is not there, there are 2 options:

  1. If it is a single qualification which is missing, please submit a missing qualification request here

  2. If you have a list of missing qualifications, write them out in a list in Excel and paste them into 4Matrix, using Admin > Tools > QAN Checker. Export the list and email it to us.
