Summer Support Hours

Our support services will be available between 9am and 3pm from Thursday 21st July to Wednesday 31st August. The exceptions to this are GCE and GCSE Results Days (17/18/24/25 August) when support will be available between 8am and 5pm. Normal operating hours 9am to 4pm will resume on Thursday 1st September.

3.9.8.3 Update Error: Newtonsoft.Json, Version=13.0.0.0

Users that are affected by the error message "Error Checking for Updates: Could not load file or assesmbly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=13.0.0.0...'" will need to reinstall 4Matrix using the latest client msi 3.9.8.3. This can be downloaded from https://www.4Matrix.com/downloads. If you need a reminder of your login details to access the msi please email info@4Matrix.com.
